Late last week, I called in to the Discovery Call Centre to request their intervention after months and months had passed after Planet Fitness had given me an absolute run around re-imbursing me money that was due to me. I spoke to Nicholas Rallele who was professional and efficient in helping me resolve a matter I had struggled with.
To Discovery and Nicholas Rallele, thank you for assisting me to get Planet Fitness to re-imburse me. Planet Fitness can learn a thing or two from Discovery Vitality. Once my contract expires, I am not renewing my contract with this service provider and will be moving to Virgin Active. Planet Fitness have no clue what customer service is all about and that I experienced in the last half of the year trying to get my money back.
