I want a new phone

My daughters phone has been in repairs for 3weeks, last week Jackie Van der Heever area manager for american swiss advised me to go to the store and sign papers so they can process the claim for the phone and not at any time did she tell me about R250 access that I need to pay before getting the new phone, she then called my daughter on 3rd April 2013 advising her that she will try and get the claim processed as soon as possible yet still there was no fee discussed till yesterday when Astrid the store manager phoned me and told me that I can get a new phone but I need to pay in R250 so after a year of having the phone and the phone being in repairs for 3weeks now I'm told I must pay R250 access which I'm not willing to do, I went to the store, and the manager Astrid said she tried to deal with the claim because management was on her because I hello petered her and there is nothing she can do, I asked her to call Jackie and she refused saying there is nothing more no one can do she did her best and no one can wave that R250 we must call the call centre and she cannot call the call centre and she threatened to have my daughter removed from the store. regional manager must call me asap
