On the 1st of August 2013 i've sent my blackberry curve 9320 in for repairs as it was under mtn warrenty. warrenty department called me on 14th of august 2013, saying they are unable to repair it under warrenty as it was customer abuse. The cost incurred would be R1800.00 which ive rejected. i went to fetch my phone today 23/08/13 and it has been damaged. according to the consultant i've dealt with my phone was not worked on, so how does a phone just get damaged all by itself? i am not happy with the service received from both parties markhams and mtn. Please help
