ADT NOT CLEARING MY ACCOUNT

I am trying to clear my account with ADT since December 2012. I have fully paid this account in cape town at the ADT office. The accounts people in cape town have advised that my account is fully paid up, yet their Johannesburg accounts department keep on sending me statements reflecting a balance owing. I have sent the JHB accounts department proof of payment and my bank statement. The cape town accounts department have sent them proof of payment as well, yet they refuse to clear my account saying that they cant find the money internally between the JHB and Cape Town offices. I have sent numerous emails and made several phone calls to them but they will not put me through to a manager. I am at my wits end and ADT has been very unhelpful. I will never ever purchase anything from ADT ever again.

AFTER COMPLAINING ON HELLO PETER ON 3rd JUNE 2013, ADT CALLED TO SAY THAT THEY ARE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER. SINCE THEN NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO CLEAR MY ACCOUNT, NEITHER HAVE THEY CONTACTED ME. I AM STILL MAKING ALL THE CALLS AND SENDING EMAILS. ADT COULD NOT BE BOTHERED SO I HAVE LAID A COMPLAINT AGAINST ADT WITH THE NATIONAL CONSUMER COMMISSION.
