When first installed tracker on my vehicle, I asked many questions as I am a bit old and some things we don't have understanding in. I am a doctor and that does not mean I understand everything. One of the questions I asked was, "When I trade in my car, what will happen to the tracker", I forgot the name of the person who was assisting me but he said, "When you trade in car, is either you transfer tracker on to the new car or leave it with the old car then install a new one on the new car". I did just that and left the tracker on the vehicle I traded in and installed tracker on my new vehicle February 2012.
I did not notice but some how i was still billed for the tracker i left in the old car till October last year when I changed account. In few months a received a call from few people one of them being Mohamed 0112075000 that I owe R500 and they will take me to court.
Why should I pay for the tracker on the vehicle I traded in while I was advised by your people to live it on the old vehicle if I will install a new one on my new vehicle?
