I bought a helium balloon ride voucher of Montecasino from Groupon.
Claiming a 50% discount, thus I paid R100 pp per ride, when I got to Montecasino each ride cost R70, and apparently we receive a glass of sparkling wine and chocolates with each ride?? SO where is the 50% discount???
However the fine print does not stipulate that their needs to be a crowd of 20 people, thus myself and 7 other people drove all the way from Pretoria (on a wind-still sunny day), just so that the people working at the balloon stand can tell us its too windy!! Bull, we were just not a big enough group!!
Now I am losing R800, because of FALSE and misleading advertising!!
You cant rip people off like that and get away with it!!
