I WANT MY REFUND

I c u have posted an automated response on all queries that was logged on HELLOPETER. I need a proper response. I want my refund let's talk about that not that AFHCO was having technical problems that's none of my business AFHCO always has problems and now you making your problem mine. MY QUERY AGAIN. We will do this until we get it right

I have been billed R410 since November 2012 for the AFHCO LIGHTS meter that was not working, My unites was on 0 and I was billed. I contacted the AFHCO offices and they told me that I have been billed a service fee on REF 19939 because the metre was not working whose fault is that. I was not there half of the time as I was getting married who was using the lights every day the AFHCO ghost. This is daylight and I want my money back. I have warned you once to fix your things and now it is having an effect on my hard earned money. This is the first step of complaint if I don't receive a positive response I will be taking it to the papers and I will get legal advice as I have proof that you have billed me incorrectly.
