i submitted my returns in 2010 for 2008 and 2009 SARS returns and received an undisclosed amount from SARS, last year i registered on eFiling to do my returns and Mistakenly made a correction return on the 2009 return which ended up me owing R7411. i have tried to explain this to SARS and they threatning to take legal action and i must pay for it. They made the eFiling available to the public and if one has made error why cant they look back and see what actually happened. My returns for 2008 and 2009 was done and received a return so how can i be owing after these years. SARS needs to look into it
