No Orders delivered
I placed my December orders on the 12/12/12 and in a few days i was told to pay a certain amount of money due to the orders being on hold. Due to me being away for a few day I only made payment of R1600.00 on the 20/12/12 and I expected my orders the following week but December came to an end without my delivery being made. On the 2nd of December I called to try and find out and the autmated message informed me that my order was only invoiced on the 29/12/12 of which I was very surprised because I paid the previous week already.On the 05/01/13 I sent an email with my query and I was promised that in 2 days my delivery will be made but nothing happened because I even told them that they either deliver or refund me my R1600. Then again on the 07/01/13 I called and spoke to a consultant who said she had escalated my query to the supervisor and they were gonna get info from the courier company on when that order would be delivered, I waited but they never got back to me. That consultant even told me that there was an email sent out that there will be a delay but I told her that nothing was sent to me and I'm just angry and dissapointed that Avon is being so dishonest. How could they??
