My poor wife have been sending the same email to GEMS since May 2013, we are now in August 2013. The best is GEMS reliable automated response saying "Some one will contact you within 48 hours", it has been 3 months which is 5400 hours to late. If someone can just contact us in regards to the claim sent in May and don't even worry about the other email which is about updating my wives details. At this point the chances of her staying on the medical scheme next year is as much of a grantee as you are in getting back to her sometime this century. I don't know and can't understand as a service provider for Government Employees whom help give back to the infrastructure of the country through education and other means, that you take so long to do anything for them. You help the stereotype that anything that has Government in the name or anything affiliated with the Government takes forever to resolve or that the people are just so incompetent that even helping someone is beyond their human behavior as a human being. You are just as good as the license department which is absolutely ridiculous and so are you! All we ask is can someone just contact us as per your automated emails...
