This is the 7TH time I write to Hellopeter. The 1st time somebody phoned me the following day... but STILL WE DIDN'T RECEIVE OUR MONEY! We were on Resolution Health. Our membership nrs were 18 38 30 18 and 18 38 30 34. I went for a MRI last year April. I had to pay R6000.00 out of my pocket! There were NO exclusions!!! AND they still deducted money from our accounts for 2 months, after we had left them!!! From the beginning, they didnt even pay our chronic medicines!!! So for a year, we had to pay our monthly debit orders AND FOR EVERYTHING ELSE! They didnt even pay for drs visits, teeth, dentists, glasses... NOTHING! I will tell everybody from now on AND report Resolution on Hellopeter, UNTIL we get our money back. We will settle for R20000.00 although its much much more that they owe us! I hope its not necessary for me to complain next week again! Until further notice, EVERYBODY - STAY AWAY FROM RESOLUTION HEALTH! They are pathetic!
