We purchased a Garden Trimmer R-OIBI THT-650 on the 3rd of January 2022. We tried to use it and with in 5 minutes it blew the motor and stopped working.
We handed the machine in for repairs / refund on the 15th of January 2022. I phoned on the 28th of January 2022 to get feedback. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and said that we will get a phone call to receive feedback. Now it is almost 3 weeks after we handed it in and we are still waiting for feedback.
This is totally unacceptable and we want immediate refund for the purchase and not a replacement.
