Repairs, and Passing the Buck

I have no more energy to express my anger, frustrations and down right dissatisfaction of how Kia/Tata Germiston has treated myself and my car troubles. I have received no customer service of any kind from them, just. My car (Tata Indica) was towed to Germiston on 06 Oct 2013, Monday I called to find out what is wrong with it, I was promised too many call backs. Tuesday, was told a Coil Pack is broken and they needed to order it from India, said the part is already on back order but ordered anyway, said 20 days latest it will be here, I was not happy about it because no courtesy car was on offered for me, only special circumstances they said. 20 days passed with no word, I kept ringing and always promised call backs, I spoke to Tata and they were no help either. Already after countless calls to both Kia (Germiston) and Tata, I was beyond angry, today is the 6th Nov, 31 days later I still have no car and yesterday morning Jose (Manager at TATA) rang me and said the part in question was only ordered on Oct 17th. You can imagine level of anger I am currently on, 2 weeks they to me! Somebody needs to sort this out! Hans (manager), Ice and Anthony (Kia/Germiston) shame on u 3!!
