Had a complaint regarding my gearbox making a strange sound and the rerv counter being stuck on 1.5 - 2000 rpm as well as my windscreen wipers catching on the windscreen. Initially was suppose to take 2 weeks to sort out eventually took 4 weeks and the rerve counter still not sorted. Vehicle booked in for service and then told sec warranty claim needs to be done. Vehicle booked in agin was due for collection at 14h00 and was then told 15h00. It is now 16h10 and I am still waiting. These people dont seem to be able to keep their word nor does it a difference to them that your time is wasted.
