Bad Attitude and Poor Service from Autopro

We had taken our car in for a service in November 2012. We were firstly quoted R1800 for a major service and when we collected our car the bill was R2300 as there were extra work and additives were used. We were then told to bring the car in as there were some other part that was needed to be ordered and that it will only take about half an hour to fit and will not cost more than R200. We received a call from Mo's reciptionist to bring the car in again in December and when my kids arrived there they were told to wait as the part was not ordered. Mercedes Benz is literally around the corner but my kids had to wait from 10h00 until 15h30 until the part was bought and fitted..and surprise, surprise the bill was R325. When we questioned Mo on the delay he was rude and confrontational and his excuse was that he was hungry and needed to eat first and will then look at our car and that was at 12h00. In the time that we had to wait for our car Mo went around the workshop swearing and racially abusing the staff and customers (behind their backs) which we found to be very unprofessional.

I will definately not take my car to this company never ever again!!!
