Nissan Newcastle causing more problems than fixing

We own a Nissan NP300 Double Cab 2.5 Turbo Diesel and after the 30 000km service, done at Nissan Agent in Newcastle there was a noise in the engine. We spoke to the Agent several times and we took it back to them several time however they seemed not to be able to trace it of fix it. At that stage there was no foreman so we had to speak to the Dealer Principle regarding this matter. We had an idea that it was the injectors and we told him so but they didn't want to test them, obviously as they don't have the equipment. After many trips back and forth, bearing in mind that a return trip to them is 150km away for us- cost borne by us, They then replaced the timing chain which cost us an additional trip to the dealer (150Km) as they returned the vehicle leaking oil, apparently an apprentice didn't put the seal on properly. The noise was still there.

The 45000km service was done and the vehicle was returned to us noise and all. We even left the vehicle for a week with them and they still couldn't sort out the problem.

The 60 000km service was done and the vehicle returned to us again with the noise and a note on the invoice saying that the noise is still there.
