WIMPY SERVICE A NO NO!!!

I am absolutely horrified and disgusted by the service I received from the Wimpy at Sage Building in JHB. On the morning of the 23rd of November 2013, I placed an order for 3 Streaky Bacon Breakfasts around 8 am for delivery. After an hour and a half of no joy, I called the branch and spoke to a lady named Maria to check on the status of my order. She then informed me that the order had left the store and is being delivered. Good people I work 5 minutes away from this establishment and it's horrifying that I have to wait over an hour for an order. After 15 more minutes, the order hadn't arrived so I called her back and informed her of this. At which point she informed me that they had been some kind of mix up with the orders and someone else had received my order. She then proceeded to have the kitchen whip up the same order for me and assured me that they would speedily ready the new order. When the new order arrived at 10:05 am! one breakfast meal was missing an EGG!!! I mean really now? I called the lady back to express my displeasure and the only comfort she could give me is that next time I place an order they'll throw in an extra egg for me. There will be no next time!!
