Dear Standard bank, I've accessed my credit record on 11 April 2013 and realised that on my Experian Credit report I was having accounts in arrears with Standard Bank, The problem is I NEVER had Standard Bank Accounts with the numbers as listed on the Credit report, that is account numbers 7505 0000000008028804 (Standard Bank MasterCard) and 75050000000001633321 (Blue Bean) in a e-mail communication with CRR Service Recovery Unit it was acknowledged that the information were erroneously placed and it would be removed. Why is this constantly happening as this is now the 3rd complaint in 6 months? What must I do next, will the ombud or NCR be able to assist?
