Credit Card limit increase application

I applied for a credit limit increase for the 2nd time in the bank and sent through all the paperwork as requested by Fikiswa on 29 November. I was given an application reference and was told that they would give me feedback within 24 to 48 hours. I tried making an inquiry on 2 December to which i was told that i would get feedback by 3 December. Today i have just called the credit card department AGAIN with the same inquiry only to be told that my documents were submitted yesterday and i have to wait for a response within 3 to 5 working days. I honestly do not know whether FNB still wants to assist me as a customer or they are just telling me by their actions that i should go elsewhere. I have just had it with FNB Credit Card department and they really need to be efficient otherwise they will lose a lot of customers. This is the second time I have submitted the same paperwork but that department seems not to get back to me at all. Can someone attend to this issue urgently as I don't have time to keep checking on the application status everyday when their turnaround time has lapsed neither do i have the patience to keep submitting the same documents every month.
