Getting money back is harder than you think

POS sale purchase was done using my Debit card in Nov '12, I then realized that the purchase was taken off my account twice. End Nov '12 I called and queried the transaction with the Customer Services call Centre. I was advised that this will take 12 working days for resolution, Mid Dec i called again only to be told the initial query was not logged and must do it again. on the 3rd call to the 0860123000 i was promised a call on the 3rd Jan '13 (still waiting) call ref #35418718.
I called AGAIN on 8/01/13 ref # 51041317 and was promised a call by 11AM on the 9/01/13 - still waiting. Again i call for resolution (09/1/13 ref # 35554987) of the matter and guess what another promise that Mathabo will call you before end of day - STILL WAITING

Its totally unacceptable that after 5 calls and initially having to wait for 12 days for resolution, only to find out that the query was never logged and almost 2 months later not knowing where i stand. Will this take another 2 months and 100's of calls (which costs me more than my query by now).

Moving Forward??? i think not more like Moving Backward.
