Phone Replacement

On the 20th July 2012 My sister Maryjane Ntuane, bought a cellphone for me Portia Ntuane. Blackberry 8520, at Foschini stores and aplied for an cellphone insurance with Finite Insurance company. We filled up the form and specified on the form that I am the owner and she is responsible for payments. My phone was sometime this year around August 2013. I reported the phone and we submitted all required information and document to Finrite via Foschini. On the 25th October 2013 Finrite advised Foschini that they cannot replace the phone as it was not used by my sister, whereas the form stated my information and my sister`s. Finrite i will never do a business with you again and you dont care, value and respect your customers`s. What about the my sister`s Monies that she has paid already and even now. She is paying for the phone that is. What about time and all the monies we have spend trying to call you and you only came back to us after a month.
