About 5 years ago, I made a very bad mistake, believing and trusting a man called Johan Britz from Xietel Digital, and the 5 years later he still comes and asked me if I want a new upgraded telephone system. What happened was that I asked him for 2 telephone systems, I then also mentioned to him that I am not completetly sure about the second one, because I was still thinking about the 2nd place, when they inslalled the system Johan said I can then also sign for the other system, so that when I want to install the system I have started paying already, I then signed both agreements, I KNOW I WAS STUPID, I then said to Johan that we were not opening another place, can the contract be cancelled, he said he will look into the matter. After numerous calls to him, I decided to to phone ABSA- Centrafin, I told them the story and all they said was SORRY you have signed and there is nothing they can do about it, so between them I then paid for 2 system, and I only got one, Johan (Xietel Digital) pocket the other system. After cancelling the contract, at centrafin, ABSA, in July 2013, the cancelled the one and I still had to pay for the other one for damaged and lost property.
