Cashier did not want to swipe my eBucks card

I went to Makro Rossburgh on Saturday 26/01/2013 and bought a Hisense fridge, I swiped my Makro store card, and then paid cash for the fridge, i then realised that I could earn FNB eBucks in store if I swipe my eBucks card, so I gave my cashier the ebucks card to swipe, so I can earn eBucks, and she rudely said, its too late, I cant put it through. This is bad attitude, the cashiers should ask the customers beforehand if they have ebucks cards etc, like the way Dischem stores too. I actually lost out on earning eBucks because of this rude cashier, I did not manage to get the cashiers name because I was so upset, and there were people waiting behind me. Absolutely poor customer service at Makro Rossburgh. FNB need to rethink their eBuck partners and should encourage them to promote the eBucks the way Dischem does. Very disappointed in both Makro and FNB.
