I would like feedback at least
I was with Budget and cancelled it as my dad had an accident and I had to lend him my vehicle, their quote was too high. I received a quote from KP and I accepted the quote as my father being the regular driver and got a quote on my cell as well. I was then advised that they will debit R 900 and a bit and my cell only be debited the following month being month end of October. An amount of R 335.09 was debited and I queried it and I was advised that they have changed systems. Next month they debited twice, the car and cell. I was under the impression that my vehicle was covered. My windscreen was cracked and my father took my vehicle for service and Nationwide Glass offered to replace it. I gave them my policy number and they came back advising that all was in order, vehicle is covered and KP advised that they will pay for the replacement. I thought that everything was paid for and then I received a quote to send to KP, I sent it and was then advised by Michelle that my vehicle was not covered at that time. I have been awaiting feedback from her since the 20/12/2012 when she advised that she will listen to the calls. I cancelled my policy and I await my refund for the cell phone.
