On the 9 July 2013 we called Hollard Customer service to submit a claim for my deceased uncle Artwell Nqaba, we were told to go Jet as the policy was taken through Jet. When we got to Jet store in Alberton the supervisor Candice told us to go and do affidavit, however when we came back from police station to do affidavit Jet Manager Ronald Mahlawule could not assist us he told us to go to Hollard offices at Park town. We quickly ran to Hollard when we get there we were informed that the policy number is a Metropolitan policy not a Hollard policy but when we called Hollard in morning the consultant agree that the account number is the Hollard account. Neltah Hollard consultant called Metropolitan and asked them to assist, however she was told that we need to submit the claim at Cape town offices, she fought until we got claim forms. Kindly assist we need the claim money so that we can be able to bury my uncle.
