HI, my name is savathri and I have a policy taken at fnb Bank for many years now however, I received a message after doing a debit for my policy saying fica.
I had been to the fnb numerous of times to fica and also to sort out "apparentally" 4months of late payments which I was told was in areas. I was told to make a deposit of R2100. For late payments which will be taken out
double premiums per month
The premium date was arranged until the 5th of every month when taken policy however they used to debit the premiums on the 4th midnight without consulting me and saying please do your monthly premium atleast 1day in advance.
I have been told to call after 48hrs to reinstate the policy, but the number don't exist. I'm in and out the bank to sort my policy out only to be told after all the arrangements I made before 60 days to keep my policy still going on' that it had lapsed.
I'm frustrated and still want to keep going with my policy. Can anyone assist???
