I logged a call on 22 July 13 to Vodacom Contract cancellations (0821958) to cancel my Vodacom contract that expired in April and to be migrated to a prepaid number. The guy told me that it will be cancelled 31 July 13 and I just have to switch my phone off for a few hours and on again and top up ...
