I had a Holiday Club salesperson approach me on holiday in Cape Town in June last year at a Holiday Club resort. She and her partner to me about the benefits of upgrading my points. I told them that I do not live in SA and rarely have the opportunity to use Holiday Club as there is no availability to the resorts I want. They said that with the upgrade I will be able to book the resort independantly and I will have access to all the resorts at my finger tips, as there is availability but it is not open to all sectors of the Holiday Club. The upgrade benefits were a complete and we called the Managing Sales Person at Holiday Club who gave us the run around; did not sort out our issue; nor did they refund our money. I was extremely disappointed at their unprofessional behaviour; this lack of support told me that they hire people of such low calibre and lying about the benefits is part of their advertising strategy. Shame on the Holiday Club.
