On Sunday 21/04/2013 my son and I were supposed to catch the Translux bus from Pinetown to Johannesburg. We were meant to be on the 08.50 am bus which didnt arrive. When an InterCity Xpress Bus arrived just after 9 I enquired of him as to where the Translux bus was, it was then that I found out about the strike!! I had not received any notification from Translux informing me of the strike!!! I then had to purchase another ticket from another bus service to enable my son and I to get home. I send an email on Monday the 22/04/2013 requesting someone contact me re my refund, to which I have had no response. I have attempted to contact them re my refund but there is no answer on their phone... So where to from here??? I am disgusted with their total lack of customer service.
