Flexi Club sell you a holiday but tie you into a 5 year contract, by offering you a free Holiday. You then buy in, under the impression that you will get your holiday as agreed. I did tell the sales team that I would like to swop the holiday for a 2 day weekend, and that apparently cant happen now as initially promised. They advised me that the annual levy is calculated but around R2k a year, I just got a call to pay an annual levy of R5643. Last year the levy was around R3000. I now apparently cant get out of my contract for 5 years!!! I cant even get a holiday as I dont have enough points, to go. You need a mountain of points to travel when its peak season.
The bottom line is, it is cheaper to book your holidays directly, and not be fooled to think you are getting an affordable annual holiday. Thanks to Flexi Club, I will now never be able to go on any holiday as I am paying levies and points. I had no idea that the points I bought is never enough to go on any holiday!!!
Well done to the great sales people at Flexi Club, who have no integrity. You are selling holiday dreams.
