I have been with QVC since 2003 and battle to get accomodation in December, you can never get space at the coast. No availability/ bookings are not open are the excuses they come up with I am considered a VIP client not that that makes a diffrence.
Our membership fees are R12000.00 a year I want to go to the West Coast in December but they have no availability as per usual. I phoned Langebaan today for accommodation and actually found space that would cost R1000.00 a day needless to do a calculation- a week costs R7000.00. Yesterday I got a call from the SALES office to see if I would like to purchase another 20 points, my payments would go up a couple of rand and the management fee will be much less per point, WHY? would I buy more points NEVER ANY SPACE the consultant said all her clients are complaining about the same thing no availability
We have 101 points that are going to expire the consultant told me today use it for weekends that is not what I bought my points for and even if you wanted to still no availability SOMEBODY! needs to do something about this.
If they don't have enough stock they should be stopped to make more sales. JUSTIFY R12000.00 AND NO AVAILABILITY HELP
