LUGGAGE NOT LOADED ON FLIGHT JE371 ZADUR - ZACPT

MANGO AIRLINES - FLIGHT JE371 DUBRAN to CAPE TOWN 01/04/13, luggage not loaded onto aircraft due to been over weight, some of us as passengers waited nearly 25 minutes at the carousel at CPT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT before been told that our luggage is still in KING SHAKA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. we were then told to fill in forms on which we had to place a delivery address so the luggage could be delivered during the course of the day. to date we had no response from anyone at MANGO AIRLINES only an apology from their facebook page, but telling us to email [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] no response as yet. i then drove from my residence in Wellington, WC (around 75kms to CPT AIRPORT) to the CPT INT this evening to find out what is going on with the luggage, still no apology from their staff at that office, i was then taken to luggage counter in the airports arrival area to see luggage all over, apparently there was also luggage from JE369 as well, i was then told that the luggage only arrived in CPT this afternoon (02/04/13) after 17h00, then had to look through to find my luggage, and yet again no surprise, NO APOLOGY for the inconvenience caused
