Poor Customer Service

Intercity Xpress bus service is a great service when it comes to traveling between KZN and Gauteng. Unfortunately when it comes to refunding cancelled tickets they lack that great customer service. Three weeks ago I cancelled my bus ticket as I was unable to make that trip. They informed me that I would only be refunded R200 of the R250 I spent and I completely understood that and had no problem. They took down all my details and said the R200 would be in my account after two weeks. Its gone over three weeks now and I still have not received my refund. Every time I call them they always have some excuse. I did not expect this from Intercity. I hope they will sort my matter out urgently and improve their customer service.
