I booked a honeymoon trip to thailand with pentravel, who did this via thompsons. When i arrived in thailand, they picked me up and drove one hour to the wrong hotel, Then i told them it is the wrong hotel, we then drove another 20 mins to the right hotel.they booked us two single beds in one room.what honey is that, Then i called thompson, the lady was so rude that she put the phone down. How can you do that to a client when i am in a foreign country. No help was given, I then called pent travel who did nothing.hotel wanted 1000 which i was not aware off
