Mango incompetence

Im standing at the Mango counter &the manager told me that I should not talk to her about resolving an issue where they booked a passenger on an incorrect flight (that I paid for). They have delayed my passenger by 6hours & are refusing to assist by offering him lounge access despite admitting that it was their fault.
Mango has also not resolved my previous complaint about my bag being damaged and broken into.
