My girlfriend and Kid received bad service from Translux, I bought a ticket for my girlfriend at City to City Pretoria station with a Reference no. KVX048 for her to pick it up in Durban Station.
She arrived at Durban station before 8:30 AM which was the bus departure time for Pretoria,
to find that the bus was there, She was traveling with a Kid, She got in and took her ticket and turn around
to see the bus leaving before 8:30 AM and She ask the counter attendant to stop the bus and She
said She won't do that cause She doesn't wanna to, just like that. The bus pulled away from the station
before 8:30 AM leaving her behind the the Kid.
I called they Customer Service, written an e-mail of complain to them, but I haven't received any report on
this matter, as if nothing has happened.
