I purchased two return tickets to Cape town from JHB in December 2012 for Sat 8th Mar (Argus).
These tickets cost me in the region of R4000.00 for the two of them.booking code JCVFJF
At the beginning of March my work needed to sent me on business to Cape Town. To reduce costs I told my work that I have already booked the flight there and back, My employer only booked a one-way flight to Cape Town on SAA as I would then use my original Kulula booking to fly back to JHB.
When my wife departed for CT on Saturday the 8th, she was asked where I was as I was not present, she told the lady at check-in that I had flown down to CT on another carrier but that I would be returning with her on the 12th of March, and that was it.

Well, when we tried to check-in on CT on our return flight, I was told that my booking had been cancelled because I had not flown to CT on Kulula and had not informed them (which my wife had) that I would still be flying back. To add insult to injury I was offered a flight back to JHB the next back if I paid an additional R1500-00.
What gives Kulula the right to my return flight? they are a bunch of and I will never fly they them again, I've done 7 A
