I will never recommend Mango Airlines to anyone. I used this airline the past weekend and received the worst customer service ever from 2 of their ground staff at the check-in counter. Arrived an 1 hour prior to my flights departure when I eventually got to the check-in counter I was told the check-in is closed and should book another flight. Along with myself 10 other passengers were turned away. Their staff did not even attempt to assist us and flatly told us to go to customer care they will assist you. We were then told we had to pay for new tickets. It came across that this flight was overbooked hence such a large group of passengers were kicked of the flight.
