One of our staff members was booked on a flight to London 7 Sept 12 for a training course.
He did not obtain a visa from the British Authorities. We had to cancel the flight and the ticket clearly stated that there will be a R3750 penalty fee.
We waited until 07 December 12 to receive our refund and we were short changed by R1336.
We followed up this matter several times, to be told that they would try and sort it out with Lufthansa airlines.
We're appalled by their attitude, we did not buy this ticket from Lufthansa, we bought it from Flight Centre and we should have to beg them to pay money owing to us. This is the equivalent of
from a non-profit organisation.
