I had booked a return ticket for my son, who is studying in China through A I Kajee Travel. I was levied a charge for this service. Return date was to be in January 2013.Circumstances did not allow him to return in January 2013 for his winter vacation. We contacted A I Kajee Travel to extend the return date to July 2013.We authorised them to debit our credit card with the cost of extending the return date. When I received the credit card statement I noticed that they had charged a fee of R763 for this. The airline cost of extension was R2175.ie travel agent fee was an exorbitant 36% for simply extending the return date Mr Ziad Kajee, owner of the travel agency has not had the courtesy of returning my numerous telephone calls.
