I payed and now my orders up!!

On thursday the 28th i called [URL Removed] to make a booking for my brother, the guy said they had system issues and that i should do it online, he was on the call and i did it with him step by step then he told me to go and pay at the bank and money would reflect after a day. Todya is wednesday and no confirmation so i called and spoke to Jadee and she told me i pressed the wrong thing blah blah and that my money was not linked... she gave me two options to choose a new flight that i might have to add money on or to wait 8 weeks for a refund but i have to email my proof of payment? 8 weeks? kulula is!! i hate these mother becuase why shud i wait for their when they did this? i want my R2605 back so that i can go back to mango that never messes up our orders! i wont send no proof of payment, my ref is GWHULO and i want my money back! name is Vukani Gumede and thats my brother! i hate you guys, u r full of and i hope ur airline burns in!
