I booked a ticket with Intercape bus service on Sunday eve for my Mom - in - Law as she is coming to live with us, I told a girl YUMNA than i want it from Barage Rd Shell Garage in Van Der Byl Park. So ok, I pay the money via internet, send my Moms ticket via email to her so she can board the bus Feb 28 at 2.30PM. Fine... yesterday come and my Mom asks me why did I book ticket from Johannesburg and I said i did not. This girl had booked my mom from joburg and she cudnt get there so she missed her bus.( as the bus is express) The sister of the old age home took my mom to bargage rd shelll garage and waited almost 1 hour there, so i foned intercape back and all they cud tell me they were sorry for the up they did, but they will rebook here for today from barage rd? Another girl Roxanne rebooked and told me not to worry they are investigating and customer service will fone me to appologise, that was yesterday, its almost 11 pm, And to make matters worse is that my mom gave in her resignation to the old age home and had to be out there by 12midnight! I had to pay petrol for there and back paid for her stay, not worried about the money, its the priciple of the matter.
