MOST HORRIBLE TIME SHARE

2ND REPORT I AM SUBMITTING AS I HAVE RECEIVED NO POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM FLEXI CLUB (ARNE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!)
WHEN I PURCHASED FLEXI POINTS (I CURRENTLY HAVE 8500 POINTS VALUED AT 11.50 EACH) I WAS PROMISED FANCY HOLIDAYS AND EXQUISITE RESORTS, HOWEVER IT IS NEVER AVAILABLE. ALSO I WAS ADVISED THAT I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM SELLING BACK THE POINTS TO THE CLUB. BUT I HAVE ON NUMEROUS OCCASSIONS TRIED TO SELL IT BACK, AND GETTING THE SAME ANSWER THAT THEY DO NOT BUY THE POINTS BACK!
WHY ADVERTISE AND GET PEOPLE TO SIGN CONTRACTS WHEN FLEXI CLUB KNOWS THEY DONT BUY THE POINTS BACK,
A FEW OF MY FRIENDS PURCHASED POINTS AT THE HOLIDAY VACATION CLUB, AND HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS IN SELLING THE POINTS BACK.
I HAVE JUST PAID R10 000 IN JAN FOR SOMETHING THAT IS TOTALLY USELESS TO ME.

PLEASE HELP ME TO GET RID OF THIS BAD HOLIDAY CLUB.
I HAVE ALSO NOTICED THAT THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF UNHAPPY FLEXI CLUB MEMBERS WHO LODGED SIMILAR COMPLAINTS WITH VERY POOR FEEDBACK. SHAME ON FLEXI CLUB FOR DECEIVING CONSUMERS.
