I am very unsatisfied and upset with Flexi Club.
I have been a member of Flexi club for over 10 years. I lose points each year because Flexi Club agents are unable to assist me.
I have more than 8000 points available, and I am going to lose 3000 points AGAIN at the end of this year if I don't use it. I want to go away a vacation or a weekend in August or September, but the agent told me that I have to pay for the accommodation something about a bonus week.
Tell me why do I need to pay thousands of Rands each year and when I want to use my points I have to pay for the vacation myself. This is ridiculous.
I want to use all of my points and then cancel this SO CALLED flexi club. This is an institution that just steals your money. You take my money and I get nothing in return. You never want to go the extra mile, and assist me.
I want out!!!
