Kulula s booking website is up the pole cos if u make a booking & u get a different date without checking before paying, they ll charge for changing the date. not entirely the customers fault. i was chraged R819 and we travelled with four guys so R 819 x 4.if there are other s reading this complaint & the same happened to you please get in contact with me with booking codes and full names. kulula is aware of this & still problem persists.
i refuse to just throw away R819 although we payed in full for return ticket. also make sure Kulula send sconfirmation e mail if there s an adjustment made. when we tried to depart from our destination, the flight had already left. We had to check with British airways cos we were bumped up to that flight only over the telephone. British airways listened to recording & we were given tickets to fly.
