[URL Removed] re the migration from you previous system, jet setter to you current system, travel bank has been poor.
2.The lack of support has been equally poor. The latest being the poor voice quality of your phones.
3.The inability to speak to a manager due to staff not being willing to transfer the calls upwards & give email addresses is of concern.
4.Lack of transparency re the balances. All one gets sent is that you have R342.No mention of your moolah expiring & when? As per previous system.
5.To access the travel wallet is impossible due to thdiffernet terminology between the site and consultants. On both occasions while attempting to book, it has resulted in several calls and e mails. On the 23rd October your consultant made the booking.
6.I have spoken to colleagues who feel the same way re the new improved travel wallet.
