Multi Destinations Club – MDC
Online availability & bookings not possible

On Wednesday evening (06.02.13) wanted to check availability for Ngwenya & Kruger Park Lodge. After selecting Region Mpumulanga, click on Resort drop down and then select Ngwenya, but the only option is all resorts. Someone changed the program on Wednesday. On Tuesday the Resort option displayed all the resorts and you could select the required resort. Tried to report the error via the query option, but this option is still faulty. I reported this problem on Hello Peter 2012.09.11 and 2012.12.18 and no action has been taken. The web site can no longer be used to check availability or bookings, so there is absolutely no use in having a web site. You now have to phone and do bookings over the phone at your expense. I went to Mooikloof and spent some time explaining the problem to Miche de Beer who will discuss with IT, not convinced that there will be any action. So for all MDC members checking online availability and bookings no longer. Will create a complaint entry every week until such time as the web site can be used properly.
