On the 12 th of September 2013 I won an amazing three night stay at Livato Villa in Campsbay, Cape Town. Today, almost 5 months later I have yet to be able to book this getaway. I have been ignored numerous times, given false promises and blatantly to. Not only by the staff of icon villas but mainly by the owner Therese Botha. When verbalising my frustrations to her I was accused of having a negative attitude. After eventually having some of my questions answered the truth appeared to be that the company gave away a Prize witch was not pre approved by the actual owner of the villa. This is unethical and unacceptable.
