When my wife was co-erced into signing a Time Share Contract in January 2011 she was not informed that the contract that she signed continued and was automatically passed on to the children - surely this is un-constitutional and illegal?
She was a widow at the time and was badgered into the agreement by an overly aggressive and excitable man who shamefacedly twisted her arm into signing it.
When she tried to cancel, nobody would talk to her or respond to her letters and they kept deducting varying amounts from her bank account.
She paid a lawyer R4000 when he said that he could get the agreement cancelled - nothing has been done and he is no longer at the office where she saw him!
BEWARE of this company and their strong-arm tactics, your children could be in for a shock.
