Poor Service-All they want is money

I have been trying since 2012 to cancel this acc after my husband lost his job, everytime if a consultant cals asking for payment we would tel them that he no longer works and we have a letter to prove that, instead of assisting us they demand for money. Recently i sent flexiclub an email telling about the situation n dat i cnt afford to pay for it i got response from them requiring info and they told me they will look into the query. 8days later i recieve sms that acc is being handd ova i called they attorneys they gave me attitude wen i told dem i dnt hv a house anymore n tried explaining they told me to go make Affidavit at the police where im stayn now.currently i am the breadwinner at home n got 2kids n timeously told these pple i cant afford what mus i do and they insist on the money. If these pple are a good company they shouldve assisted us n not trying to make money out of us. Can someone plz tel me if i was wrong in letting Flexiclub abt the current situation becos ive neva used the acc instead they hav been wanting monies all the time despite my cry for assistance to cancel. No doubt that we had been paying while my husband was working but now i cant pay for it.
